Pregnancy Yoga in Bow, E3

Bump friendly yoga. For Mums-to-be from 12 weeks up to 42 weeks. A chance to prepare both physically and mentally for what’s to come – these sessions combine yoga, breath work and relaxation, and offer a great way to get to know other local mums too.

Postnatal Yoga & Fitness (babies welcome!)

In our Postnatal Yoga sessions you'll regain strength, release tension and find space to relax. 

 

In our Postnatal Power - Mum & Baby Fitness classes, you'll laugh, sweat and move.

 

All these classes are informal, fun and relaxed – you are free to feed, change, or soothe babies whenever you want.

Postnatal Yoga: Tuesdays 10:30 (off-peak price) 

Postnatal Power: Friday 10:00 (off-peak price)

Developmental Baby Massage

For babies from 6 weeks - 6 months.  Our brilliant friend, Suzie offers regular Developmental Baby Massage courses. Each course runs for four weeks.  What is Developmental Baby Massage? It combines holds, moves, stretches and swings with massage. Helping calm babies nervous system, ease wind and reflux, and promote good posture and encourage deeper sleep. In the course, you will learn how to recognise from your baby's body language and how you can best help. It's great if you have an unsettled baby or you want to have fun bonding time with your baby. ​
